John has been involved with YWAM since 1990 when he completed his Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Salem, Oregon. He has also worked as a youth pastor and city prayer leader. John has a passion for God's presence and prayer. His hobbies include tennis, fishing, and golf. 

Jana did her DTS is Salem, Oregon in 1993. She is an amazing mother of three beautiful children, David, Joshua, and Sarah.  She loves hospitality and caring for hurting people. Currently Jana is serving as conference director and DTS staff.   

John and Jana serve as the Base Directors for YWAM Eagles Nest.

Bruce and Natasha have served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) since 2000 following their DTS in Chico, California. Bruce served on the leadership team at YWAM Chico, as well as DTS and Summer of Service (SOS).  Bruce and Natasha have a deep desire to see the Holy Spirit moving and impacting the lives of young people.  Natasha oversees the Hospitality Department and Bruce leads the Spring DTS programs.  They have three children, Joshua, Levi and Sierra.  

Bruce and Natasha are currently serving on the base leadership team. 

Enoch completed his DTS in Jeju, South Korea and a School of Evangelism (SOE) in India. He has served in India, South Korea and YWAM Kelowna, BC, Canada.  

Jen completed her DTS in Kelowna, BC, Canada as well as her Primary Health Care School.  She has served as staff in YWAM Kelowna, BC, Canada. At this time, Jen serves as the office manager for YWAM ENR. Her and Enoch have one child named Hannah.

Enoch and Jen are pioneering the Korean Core DTS as well as the Mission Builders program.  Enoch and Jen both serve on the base leadership team.
